You are buying a premium British-made product so you will have high expectations and we want to exceed them. If for some reason we do not, then our 30-day no quibble returns policy means you can send your product back to us for a full refund. All you have to pay for is the return postage.

Please contact us first with any issue before returning, because we may be able to resolve it. Our error? Then we'll cover the return postage too.
